Case Study: *Run It Up!* — Building a Run Club into a Cultural Movement

When we met **Run It Up!**, they were a passionate group of runners based in Dallas, TX, with big energy and a growing community—but no clear brand. Despite hosting regular runs and building momentum locally, their identity was scattered, their Instagram capped at 3,000 followers, and their message wasn’t breaking through beyond their neighborhood.

They came to us to help turn their vibe into a visual language, give their mission clarity, and create a brand that could scale.

🔧 Our Role

We kicked things off with a brand discovery session to uncover what made Run It Up! special. From there, we developed a full **brand strategy** focused on inclusivity, movement, and culture. The tone of voice we crafted was casual, uplifting, and just a little irreverent—mirroring the club’s authentic energy.

From there, we designed a **visual identity** that brought it all to life. The new logo is bold and kinetic, with motion embedded into the letterforms. The color palette leans on high-contrast neutrals with a punchy Texas orange. We built a flexible visual system that carried across everything: social media templates, event branding, merch, and even signage for weekly runs.
📱 Social Media Transformation

The biggest leap? Their Instagram presence. With a new content strategy and consistent visuals, Run It Up! exploded from **3,000 to over 75,000 followers in just 9 months**. Engagement rates skyrocketed, reels and recaps began going viral, and their feed turned into a reflection of the culture they were building offline.
We introduced strategic content pillars—like weekly run recaps, member spotlights, training tips, and lifestyle moments—that made the brand feel alive and deeply community-driven.
